Mattress top surface
45D nylon top with TPU lamination
45-denier nylon with chemically laminated TPU provides a soft, durable, and watertight upper surface. TPU stretches without cracking unlike PVC.
Care: Wipe clean with a damp cloth or soap. Can be hosed at high pressure. Air dry before storing. Keep away from open flames, embers, excessive heat sources and corrosive chemicals — the TPU lamination is damaged by all four, and that damage is not covered by warranty.
Mattress bottom surface
75D nylon base with TPU lamination
75-denier nylon bottom is thicker and more puncture-resistant than competitor bases.
Care: Check for grit or sharp debris before placing on rough surfaces. UV-proof — safe to leave outdoors.
Mattress internal structure
RF-welded seams
Radio-frequency welded seams are stronger than the mattress fabric itself. No glue used — glue degrades causing slow leaks.
Care: Avoid folding or creasing repeatedly in the same spot. Store loosely in the included stuff sack.
Internal air chambers
Cellular baffle system
Engineered baffles reduce wobble and trampoline bounce while reflecting body heat. Temperature-rated to -6 degrees C.
Care: Inflate to preferred firmness. Baffles can be removed if preferred.
Inflation valve / pump
Built-in foot pump and 1-way valve
The sponge 1-way valve allows foot-pumping inflation without a separate pump.
Care: Ensure the valve cap is fully closed before deflating. Check valve for debris if inflation is slow.
Mattress-to-mattress connection
Clip buttons
Simple clip buttons along the sides allow two or more mattresses to join without unclipping during the night.
Care: Ensure clips are fastened before use if joining multiple mattresses. Unclip before packing.

14-Day In-Field Trial (Used) — Test it out for up to 14 days from delivery. If you are not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund. Return shipping is on us. The mattress must be reasonably clean and returned with the mattress and the stuff sack.
30-Day Change of Mind (Unused) — Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unused and in brand-new, re-sellable condition. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
3-Year Manufacturer Warranty — Covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials, seam and weld failures, and valve issues under normal use.
What's not covered: Normal cosmetic wear, improper storage (for example damp storage causing mildew), exposure to open flames, heat sources or chemicals, misuse or modification, and obvious malicious punctures (for example, you can't cut it with a knife).

FAQ
Is this a self-inflating mattress?
No — self-inflating mats pack much larger. Ours uses either the built-in foot pump or Dhubite Nano Pump for faster inflation and smaller pack size.
How durable is it?
Extremely. You can jump on it with boots, drag it over dirt, and it'll still hold air. Reinforced TPU lamination and UV-proof nylon prevent delamination and leaks.
Will it fit in my swag or tent?
Yes — all three sizes are designed to fit our Monte Bello Hybrid Swag range perfectly, leaving room for gear at the sides.
What's the warranty or return policy?
