Unmatched Strength and Construction
- Crimped, Not Knotted: Knots are often the weak point in rigs, so we've opted for triple-alternative-crimped aluminium crimps using a precision machine, eliminating human error and ensuring 25kg DEAD WEIGHT testing (capable of pulling fish much heavier than 25kg).
- Attention to Detail: Crimps are left with a small tag end and not crimped to the edge to prevent line weakening.
Premium Components for Reliability
- Best-in-Class Hooks: We use BKK hooks, known by all serious anglers as the market leader for sharpness, durability, and reliability.
- Dhubite DOOM Swivels: Unlike standard crane or 3-way swivels, our exclusive ball-bearing swivels feature multiple welded rings, removing leverage points that cause failure. These swivels maintain twist under heavy loads and are available separately (search "swivels").
- Sinker Breakaway Line: A 60lb sinker loop line prevents complete rig loss during snags, while the rest of the rig uses 110lb mono for an ideal balance of strength and manageability.

- Top Dropper: Bare 5/0 BKK hook for flighty fish like smaller snapper or larger species in a cautious mood.
- Middle Dropper: A 7/0 BKK hook with a glow-in-the-dark squid lure for more aggressive fish. This dropper accounts for ~30% of hookups.
- Bottom Dropper: Two 7/0 BKK snelled hooks under a squid skirt, ideal for presenting larger baits. This dropper is the go-to for catching prized fish like Dhuies, where abrasion resistance is critical for big battles.
