Standard orders

*Free shipping covers standard delivery of normal-sized items to most of Australia. Oversized items and remote addresses are excluded — both are explained below.

It goes on your order total, not the weight, so one heavy item over $200 still ships free.

The two exclusions

Oversized items. A few products are too big for normal parcel post. They're quoted separately and don't ship free at any order total. Where that applies it's noted on the product page, and the cost is shown at checkout.

Remote areas. Freight to remote parts of Australia costs considerably more, so neither free shipping nor express is available there — whatever your order total. Whether your address counts is worked out from your postcode at checkout.

If your order has an oversized item in it alongside normal gear, only the oversized part is charged separately. The rest still follows the rates above.

Pickup

Free pickup from North Perth 6006. We'll send you the address once your order is confirmed.

Dispatch

Orders leave us within 1–2 business days. We ship within Australia only.
